"On Monday, February 9th, I called to make a normal monthly vehicle installment to our account and was hit with confusing information by an agent team member. I was informed by this team agent that our monthly installment had been paid and we didn’t owe anything for February, but I knew this information was incorrect. I was also told our account was paid with a Visa card twice in January, which I knew was incorrect because for over 30 years we have only ever used a checking account to pay for our vehicle insurance. Her attention to detail and willingness to clear up the prior confusing information made the experience much less disappointing and frustrating. By the end of the conversation, our monthly vehicle installment was paid, and clarity was brought forth pertaining to the incorrect information provided earlier by the previous agent team member. Ms. Anny’s friendliness, aura of trustworthiness, and helpful attitude will continue to allow State Farm to stand out above all the rest.
