"This has been the most FRUSTRATING and UNPROFESSIONAL insurance experience I’ve ever had. Ismael Cantu is completely IRRESPONSIBLE & refuses to communicate directly. He promises phone calls that never happen & relies entirely on his staff, who continuously provide conflicting & inaccurate information. At one point, they added the wrong vehicle to my policy & told me to go ahead & pay for it in full, promising reimbursement later. Who in their right mind would pay for a car they’ve never owned, seen, or driven?! That alone shows a shocking level of UNPROFESSIONALISM and CARELESSNESS. It took them over a year to get that sorted out (with my patience & understanding). Even after that mistake was “resolved,” I’m now facing another billing issue only months later. I was repeatedly told everything was fine, only to find out today that I had less than 12 hours to make a payment (one they had no explanation for) in full or my policy would cancel. 6 days before this, I was told by the same staff member that I had nothing to worry about and they would get it sorted out. I made my full monthly payment less than 3 weeks ago so didn't make sense why I had anything due today. I was constantly reassured that my account is current & "you have done nothing wrong". After looking into it, I found out that my policy had ALREADY BEEN CANCELLED. When expressing my frustration & letting staff know this is not the information that THEY told me... I was hung up on by Morgan! WOW. I was truly in shock when this happened as I have continued to show patience & understanding throughout this entire process. When I had every right to cuss & hang up on their staff, I never did, yet that's how I was treated for THEIR MISTAKE?! How DISRESPECTFUL & IMMATURE!! This agency has shown zero accountability, poor communication, and complete disregard for its customers. I will NEVER work with them again & warn others to STAY FAR AWAY. ****update after owner response**** Hmm... beratement? Ismael has no integrity. He knows he completely screwed me & is trying to make it seem otherwise . I believe the "new" staff member told her boss/Ismael that I said something that would justify her hanging up on me, but it was completely uncalled for. Also before hanging up on me she said "I called you on ___ date & told you that information!" Which was also a flat out LIE since it was ME was who called THEM & was again assured nothing was wrong at that time. I am also now being told my bill is "solely my responsibility" by Ismael. So just know even if they make error after error after error and don't inform you of any info... it's your fault as the customer! DON'T KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT MORE CLEAR, THIS AGENT SUCKS."

"I would rather give Ismael and his team zero stars. Ismael "provided" liability insurance for my business. However if we ever had questions, concerns or needed clarification, he and his team were non-responsive. We have been trying to get answers and clarification for 3 months, we have constantly been told, "he will get back to you", "he is working on hail claims", "he will look into it", "I am not licensed so I can't answer that question", so on and so on. Due to a lack of transparency, not providing essential documents, extreme lack of communication, and unethical behavior, we have canceled our coverage with State Farm. EDIT after Response from owner: It is absolutely not true that you "non renewed" our policy. We canceled our policy due to lack of communicate for months and lack of transparency. Your customer service and complete lack of communication is why we canceled our policy with you."
